Collection of Medication

With immediate effect , please follow the attached instructions :

1. Prescriptions can be ordered by telephone or online
2. You may also put repeat slips in one of the two boxes outside
   the surgery’s front door.
3. Do not drop drop slips off at reception.
4. Please DO NOT stockpile medicines but try and order in one batch to minimise the need to collect more than once a month.
5. When you collect medications please wait at the front door until the receptionist is aware. Staff will then put your medication in the front porch which you will be able to enter without touching any surface. Please then leave straightaway.
