With effect from 1 August 2017, West Lochaber Out of Hours team will be providing "Out of Hours" healthcare cover for the Ardnamurchan and Morvern peninsulas. All calls will be triaged by NHS 24. If appropriate they will contact the West Lochaber team, who will arrange a consultation by telephone, a face to face consultation in Strontian or a home visit if required.

General enquiries and repeat prescription requests should be dealt with during surgery hours.

The District Nursing Service provides 24 hour cover via NHS 24.

The Ambulance Service can be contacted 24 hours a day by calling 999.
